*Call Time is the time that the show up to set up and/or load in your gear.

**Out Time is when you are completely out and done with the space.

The ANNEX is located in Manchester, New Hampshire's historic millyard.

We have NO membership or community fees. We are a professional private studio, production and event space.

The ANNEX has large Northeast facing windows, gorgeous daylight and can be booked for morning or night.

The ANNEX is a fully customizable space, so you can bring your own gear or rent equipment for your shoot or event. The space can be blacked out upon request.

We have 24 hour, weekly and monthly rates for our production and commercial clients.
